DIVIDEND DECLARED
- The Board of Directors in its meeting held on September 25, 2023, proposed to distribute to the shareholder of the Company a final cash dividend at the rate of 60% i.e. Rs.6/- per share. The dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders in their meeting to be held on October 27, 2023.
