ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
- Last Election of Directors of the Company was held on January 28, 2023, and next election will be held at the expiry of 3-years term of the Board. Required information will be posted within statutory/regulatory timelines.
DIVIDEND DECLARED
- The Board of Directors in its meeting held on September 30, 2025, proposed to distribute to the shareholder of the Company a final cash dividend at the rate of 10% i.e. Rs.1/- per share. The dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders in their meeting to be held on October 28, 2025.
