ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Last Election of Directors of the Company was held on January 28, 2023, and next election will be held at the expiry of 3-years term of the Board. Required information will be posted within statutory/regulatory timelines.

DIVIDEND DECLARED

The Board of Directors in its meeting held on September 25, 2023, proposed to distribute to the shareholder of the Company a final cash dividend at the rate of 60% i.e. Rs.6/- per share. The dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders in their meeting to be held on October 27, 2023.
