The Company was incorporated in Pakistan as private limited Company on May 15, 1982 under the Companies ordinance, 1984. The registered office of the Company is situated at Nagina House, 91-B-1, M.M. Alam Road, Gulberg-III, Lahore.

Principle activities of the Company are to carry on business as merchant, traders, importers, exporters, distributors, real estate development, construction, trading and also to deal in securities and investments, without indulging in investment banking business.
